Our plants are guaranteed to be quality plants that are healthy and well cared for at time of purchase.
If you are not satisfied, we are not happy.
We will gladly offer a no-hassle, one-time replacement of a plant, or issue a store credit.
For annuals, replacements and refunds are only given in the season purchased
(All annuals will die at the end of the season.)
REFUNDS: A customer must present an original receipt in order to receive a refund.
Customers who prefer a refund will receive a credit to the credit or debit card
they use for purchase or a cash or check refund.
Homewood takes great care to source from trusted vendors and to ensure best practices and frequent
scouting in our greenhouses and our outdoor Nursery Dept. If the plants you are returning are suspect
insects or disease, please bag up the plant as well as you can. You can also ask us to come and retrieve it
from your car so we can keep it away from the healthy nursery stock.
